Lake 2012

We finally made it up to the lake this past weekend to open it up for the summer! There is just nothing like walking in the front door to the same "Lake House" smell, homey feel, and sense of relaxation that hits you...every single year! We are thankful for another summer at this amazing place. The girls played by themselves for endless hours while Brian and I got things opened up and working and cleaned. They of course went for a swim even though it was a bit chilly and overcast on Saturday! And of course, we had to get the boat uncovered and started up and go see...yup, you guessed it, the FISH! And, daddy's new deal with them is getting a "special treat" aka, Ring Pop every time we go! He's such a sucker...
