Over the weekend we went to Greensboro to celebrate some family birthday's! Brian's family from Maryland, NYC, PA, and Charlotte were coming down and we were to have a big family dinner Sat. night and then lots of special cakes for Brian (8/9), Mimi (8/17), and Hannah (8/20)! Unfortunatley, Mimi got sick Friday evening and was unable to come over for the party even though she had made homemade spice cake, chocolate cake, and a brownie cake for Hannah. We sang to her over speaker phone though! Hannah was ELATED at the Ariel decorations Hailee put on the brownie cake and we were just so excited she could eat it!! Also Uncle Jim got sick and had to be taken to the hospital the day after they arrived so we wernt able to spend much time with him either and are still praying for him to get better. Aunt Lulu of course had special gifts for the girls (blog below) including adorable shirts, sassy hats, leggings to match, and princess silly banz! The NY crew gave the girls their own FULL set of Disney Princess meal sets! Hannah of course got Ariel and Hailee got the 3 princesses. They got placemats, bowls, cups, plates, and utensils!! The Maryland crew gave the girls each a book with special features (pop-ups, sliding doors, etc!) Thank you SO much to all our family for loving us and making this past weekend so special for the girls!
