Our Big Family News...

We're moving! Brian has been offered a promotion to be the General Manager in Greensboro and will start Jan. 1, 2011. It's bittersweet as we love this part of NC and have many friends and relationships that we will leave behind but not forget, but having grown up in GSO, we're looking forward to raising our children there. We'll be a little further from my family and now in the same city as Brian's family. We are going to try and sell our house by ourselves at first since the housing market is so horrible right now, although we're looking forward to getting a new and hopefully bigger house!

I was finally able to tell Hailee this morning and explain to her why we've been taking all the things off the walls, re-painting, cleaning like a maniac, having the house powerwashed, etc. and her main response was, "do we get to take my big girl bike with us...and all my babies and clothes!?" precious. if only it were that easy baby girl. sigh...
Please be praying for us as we make this adjustment! Selling our home in a timely manner, coming up with some mula for our next house, finding preschools, churches, doctors, bible studies, etc will all be part of the small details involved in this move. We felt very clear that this move was from the Lord and even though there are sacrifices to be made, we know He longs to bless our family. We have loved being in Knightdale and have been so blessed while living here, but we are excited to see what God has in store for us as we prepare to follow His will and move to Greensboro! We will be buying a house with a guest bedroom so once we get there, we'd love your company!
*in saying all of that, I might be MIA for a while as I will be constantly keeping my house clean w/ 2 little kids and showing it myself as we put it on the market this weekend! ;)
