Labor Day Weekend

We spent the weekend at the lake for Labor Day and like my previous post about the pool, this too was our "last" trip up there for the summer :(. We will go up in October to close it up for the winter, but for now, we got to enjoy a great, beautiful weekend at the lake with our family and Mom-Mom and grandmommy! My grandfather fell over a week ago and broke his hip and was in the hospital and then afterwards moved to a reahabilitation unit in VA. We went up on Saturday to visit him and he is doing well and was happy to see Hailee and Hannah. He even offered for them to ride with him in the wheelchair, however they declined the offer! We then got to go visit my cousin, Sarah and her family! The kids had a great time playing together! The rest of the weekend was spent fishing with daddy, attempting to get in the cold water, playing dollhouse with grandmommy, and celebrating Mom-Mom's birthday! It was a great weekend!
