ReAdinG!!!!

We have been working on "reading" with Hailee and encouraging her that she is actually starting to read! She is our sweet, sensitive child who needs a little boost of confidence when it comes to some things, and learning her letters and reading has been one of those things. But, as we drive by Target or Delicious Bakery or McDonalds, CFA, etc and she calls out the name on the building, I'm praising her for "reading" those titles so she is starting to feel like she really can do it! This video was from the end of Janruary, but of course I had to post it b/c its the 1st time she read 4 sentences all by herself. We had worked on the word "love" leading up to Valentine's day and she knows the word/letter "I" and then we've been working on "mommy" and "daddy". So, I made her some sentences to read and she was so proud of herself and we did it over and over again!
