Today was the first day of preschool at First Baptist Preschool! Hailee is in the Pre-K class and Hannah is in the 3 year old class. Hailee was SOO excited to be in the big kids class and start her journey to "school!!" They get to bring bookbags in the pre-K class and have to go in and sit down and do "work" when they first get there...which she did perfectly today! I was expecting some tears due to the anxiety and seperation issues we've faced this summer, but the Lord answered our prayers and she boldly and proudly walked into her room without even giving me a hug!!!! I was SHOCKED but sooo proud of her and let her go w/o calling her back for my hug! Hannah of course walked right in and made a bee-line to the baby section. She told Brian last night that her room had "babies, a high chair, a baby bed, clothes, and real diapers!" She was in heaven. Hailee will go M-F, 9-1 and Hannah goes M,W,F, 9-1. I'm so excited about this year with Mrs. Collins and Mrs. Shepard and think the girls are going to have an awesome year!! We pray for these girls daily and are so thankful our heavenly Father watches over them at all times!
They are getting so big!
