Guess Who's a BIG Girl!?!

Some little sweet and brave 5 year old that is extremely dear to my heart, finally decided on her own she was ready to stop sucking her fingers if she could have a grand prize at the end?! The Prize...her ears pierced!! She has 2 close little girlfriends who have their's done and talks about it often, so when she asked us if she could, daddy was quick to say "Yes!" and mommy wasnt on board at first, but came around! Her deal was she had to go 15 straight nights with not sucking her fingers and then her daddy would take her to get them done. Well, my little brave girl started in Greenville over Thanksgiving while we were here in GSO packing with her 1st night of not sucking her fingers for bedtime. Through our move and all, she went 18 straight days w/o her fingers, hardly even wanting her night-nees b/c of it, and then the special day came...

getting ready...all smiles still...now came the tears...but only for about 12 seconds! pretty little pink daisy's with a diamond in the middle!proud moment and so amazed my little brave girl didnt back out!
