If you go back to http://www.2littleprincessgirls.blogspot.com/2012/06/american-girl-doll-heaven.html, you will remember we took Hailee for her 6th birthday to the American Girl Doll Store in Washington DC! Well...for 2 entire years, Hannah has said and not once forgot, that we told her when she turned 6 she could have her own special turn! It was not in our budget as daddy was without a job, but how could we say No to her after waiting 2 years for this! So, she choose Mom-Mom (who went with Hailee) and we headed up to DC after her first week as a big Kindergartner! Her one AG doll, Lanie was all set in matching clothes with Hannah, and her bitty baby was bubkled tight in her carrier! This trip was definitely different but so much the same! She had her heart set on getting Isabelle, the doll of 2014 and when this girl makes up her mind, there's no turning back!

One of the things Hannah insisted on, that her big sister got to do, was have dinner with Mom-Mom's cousin who lives very near DC! Sweet Sally met us at a diner on the morning we were heading back to NC and Hannah was thrilled to have met her! This was such a fun, laid back, low key trip with one child! So thankful for these memories and all the smiles on Hannah's face all weekend! Happy 6th birthday sweet girl!
