We're here...

in Greensboro! We all survived the move, although it was one of the longest days of my life! It started at 7am on Tuesday and I didnt stop or sit down until after 11pm that night. But, we are here safe and sound. Well, ok maybe not sound, as I'm listening to the girls talk and talk in their new room on their bunk beds and its 2:51pm and they usually nap/rest from 1:30ish-3:30ish. There were no naps yesterday b/c I brought them over to the new house after they had stayed with Mimi and Papoo the 1st night we moved here so Brian and I could get their room unpacked and beds up and made. To say they were excited is an understatement!! They loved their new big girl/bunk beds and room! And their new bedding is adorable! I was so relieved to see Hailee happy when she got to the apt. b/c she cried (along w/ mommy!) a lot on Tuesday-literally all the way from Knightdale to Chapel Hill. And then was apprehensive about coming here and kept saying, "I want to go back to my old house and sleep in my room there." But, she ended the afternoon by telling me "this apartment is cool mommy!" Their room is much bigger than what they are used to in the old house, so its a nice change for them! Everything is unpacked except a few boxes of scrapbook stuff (thanks to Lindsay and JoAnn for their help!) and we are hoping it will start feeling like home soon. I will post pics soon, thanks for the prayers and encouragement throughout this week, they were greatly appreciated!!
