Ms. Picaso

Hailee has gotten really detailed recently in her drawing. She loves to use the Magnadoodle and draw. The past two days I've been so impressed with her pictures, that I had to take a picture of them! Just last week when I met with her 4 year old teacher for a "parent/teacher conference" she showed me all the things Hailee can do and has already completed on the "Checklist" of things you have to do/know in preschool before going to Kindergarten! But, one of the things was a drawing of a person and this included a head, arms, legs, & face. And she said the body and hands/feet are the last things to develop and that she was right on track. Well, just this week, she brought me her latest drawing of a person:

a head, arms, HANDS, BODY, Belly Button, legs, and FEET!! (hair and eyes, nose and mouth of course)

And then today, she was using this during her rest time, and she called me to show me what she had drawn and this is what it was: 5 flowers (these were used by the shape magnets that come w/ the magnadoodle-although she can make all these shapes, these perfectly designed ones were used by the magnets!;) with stems and a sun for each flower "because every flower needs sun to grow!" I was so impressed with my little Picaso!
