SHE LOVED IT!! She ate about 3/4 of the 1/2 mini pita which is great for her! But, best of all, she got to participate in making something fun and yummy to eat! This doesnt happen very often so she and I were super excited over dinner tonight! She was so proud!

Hannah's OWN Pizza!!!!!
I know this isnt a huge deal to most you moms out there who can give anything to your children to eat, but to us, on our extreme food allergy diet, THIS is a big deal!! Pizza, for Hannah=awesome! We used Whole Foods Harris Teeter Brand Mini-Round Pita Pockets (cut in 1/2), plain tomato sauce, green peppers and olives (her favorites!), and some Mrs. Dash seasoning to add to the plain tomato sauce. Broil for 5-8 minutes and look for yourself what happened...

Yay!!! Look at that big bite she's taking!! :) Isabel would always eat more when I helped her make it too. That is so great!
