Letter C

Our Letter this week was C, however it did not get the attention it needed or deserved! With Hannah having pneumonia and being very sick and not w/o a fever until Thursday, I couldnt focus on much else! We did manage to do a few crafts and did talk some about the bible verse, but Hailee has memorized a similar one from Eph. 6:1, so I didnt push that too hard either! Hannah was up for a little painting on Tues. with the help from Hailee and after I put some glue dots down for her to trace her letter C with cotton, she wanted nothing to do with it, so Hailee and I finished it for her. She did enjoy painting a catepillar, loved the book, I Love You Like Crazy Cakes b/c there are babies in there, and Hailee enjoyed making the C shaped cookies and taking some to her friends in the neighborhood! We did enjoy St. Patrick's Day on Wed. and had fun making Clovers and making green icing for our Cookies, however I didnt emphasize anything about the connection there b/c I felt it would confuse them since they were focused on Green stuff all day! There were lots I wanted to get to with the letter C, but we'll have to fit those in later when we have some downtime! For now, here are few fun things we did manage to accomplish!
