We're getting in the Valentine's Day spirit around here with lots of hearts, pink and red! Last week we bought heart shaped marshmellows to use as toppings to some strawberry cupcakes I figured we'd make for our Valentine's special treat, but I quickly found another fun us for those pink heart-shaped marshmellows! We painted with them on a white heart cut out I made for the girls. I gave them each a container of red and pink paint and let them use the marshmellows to paint with. We got out the heart-shaped cookie cutter and Hailee painted inside of hers as well! They had a great time using the paint, esp. Hannah, since I had not used it since before we put our house on the market (way too many) months ago! Hailee had used plenty of paint at preschool, but HP had been deprived. They enjoyed this craft and love having their hearts hanging on their bedroom door!

*once again, Hannah isnt looking her best as she was really hit hard with this fever virus and has looked quite "sickly" in all her recent pics :(
